Lovely,The Lady Sports An Exotic Bird On Her Head, And A Star Tiara. The Reverse Sports A Splendid, Mandala-Like Design. The Color On This Note Is Known To Shade To Pink. The Color On This Columbia Is Unique To My Experience. It Is A Striking Mix Of Pink, And A Dusting Of Light Brown. The Fourth Issue Was The First To Imprint The Treasury Seal On The Obverses, And The Large Red Seal Exquisitely Contrasts With The Rare Color Of The Note.
