This Choice 35 Bill Has a Note On the Reverse of the PMG Label Saying "Tear". I Can Not Find A Tear With A Jewelers Loupe. There Is a Very Small Line On the Bottom Left Corner of the Reverse That Is Barely Visible. Perhaps That is the Tear. A Very Nice Fractional, Graded Choice.
